FHWA’s Office of Real Estate Services recently announced their upcoming webinar titled “Right-of-Way Procedures, Tools and Techniques for Local Public Agencies” and are encouraging local agencies to register. The free webinar will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm PDT.
The webinar will cover topics relative to locally-administered programs and projects in the Federal-aid Highway Program. Participants will also be provided with right-of-way resources including:

• Checklists
• Waiver evaluation template
• Right-of-way manuals
• Guides for Right-of-Way Procedures
