  • Highway Bridge Program

Additionally, the District 3 Labor Compliance Office is providing training on February 25–26, 2014[4] on the following topics:

  • Diaries
  • Reviewing Certified Payrolls
  • Reviewing Fringe Benefit Statements
  • Correct Wage Determinations
  • Requirements for State and Federal Wages
  • Subcontracting
  • Subcontractor Substitutions
  • DBE/DVBE Requirements
  • Final Utililization Requirements.
