Local Agency DBE Annual Submittal Forms (Exhibit 9-B) for the upcoming federal fiscal year are due to Jim Day by June 1, 2012. Please review your federally funded delivery plans for FY 2012/13 (10/1/12 -9/30/13) to determine subcontracting opportunities with DBE’s. Please ensure that the person identified as your DBE Liaison is listed on the form and that contact information is current.
